Since my formal training began in 1981, I have encountered many Karateka, Jujitsuka and Judoka that have impressed upon me the true meaning of the martial arts.

I would like to thank all of my instructors and fellow classmates that I have trained with and came up the ranks with over the years.  The relationships that have been forged have truly enhanced my life and I am forever grateful to each and every one for passing on to me the untold secrets of the martial arts.

Throughout all of the years that we have all trained together, many of those nights late into the midnight hours practicing Waza, Kata, Kumite, Randori and Kihons.  The true secret of the martial arts was your dedication, your camaraderie and your perpetuation of what has been taught to all who study the art.

I would like to thank my webmaster Sensei Joe Ansah for your great work on this website and for your friendship over the years.
